Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout New Zealand. Please note that we do not ship internationally at this time.

How long will my order take?
We aim to process your order within 48 hours, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s been dropped off at the post office. From there, delivery usually takes 2–3 business days.

🕒 Orders placed on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.

📮 During peak seasons or public holidays, shipping may take a little longer.

Do you offer local pickup?
We do not offer local pickup, but keep an eye out for pickup options at local markets or events in the Ōtautahi area. Feel free to message us if you’re nearby!

Do you accept returns?
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we can’t accept returns for change of mind. But if something isn’t quite right, reach out—we always want to make it right!

My candle arrived damaged—what should I do?
Oh no! Please email us a photo within 48 hours of receiving it, and we’ll sort out a replacement or refund ASAP.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?
We do our best to use recyclable and paper-based materials wherever possible. Our tins are reusable, and we’re working on refills too!

What’s included in your packaging?
Each order is carefully packed with a wax melt sample and a Whittaker’s mini chocolate. plus a little discount for next time.
